Synergize Skills was born out of passion and an aim to deliver a heavily researched and highly engaging curriculum to those who believe in ceaseless learning.

We synergize with organizations and individuals in shifting paradigms to achieve desired results in all our participants’ performances, thereby enriching their organizational growth.

With more than 15 years of continuous service and zeal, we are a team of certified professionals. We, as change-makers, thrive to bring about a transformation in the lives of employees, teams, leaders, organizations, teachers, institutions, youth, and individuals in different segments and profiles. Meet the Team

Sudha Shah is a CELTA-certified English language trainer from Cambridge English and a Soft skills and Life skills trainer as well. She used to work with multinational organisations before she got into the training industry. She realised she was passionate about assisting others in fulfilling their dreams and making a difference in the world.

She now conducts Business Communication, General English, as well as Soft Skills training programs in Corporates and Educational institutions. Her core areas include conducting training programs on team-building, time management and prioritisation, problem-solving and decision making, stress management, leadership skills, building interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and POSH training.

She is a teacher trainer and conducts English, Soft Skills and phonetics trainings in various schools. She is also associated with Macmillan Education; a publication of international repute, as a resource person. As a Finishing School trainer, she has imparted training to educational institutions across Gujarat in life skills, employability skills and communication skills. 

She is also associated with Pratham for its Micro-Access Scholarship Program sponsored by RELO (Regional English Language Office), an initiative by the U.S. Embassy.

She believes that being a mentor to students is like a being a compass and guiding them towards the right path. Over all these years, she has realised that and now this is all she strives to do; to make a difference and to make her students realise their potential.

Maulik Shah is a Soft Skills and Employability Skills trainer. He has more than 18 years of experience working with corporates like Amul, Parle, Britannia, and others. He has been engaged with the fields of FMCG, Public Relations and Sales and Marketing. These experiences have helped him gain the knowledge of how manufacturing industries operate, its requirements, processes and challenges. Moreover, these experiences have helped him sharpen and enhance his communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. 

It was during this time that he realised his true passion for corporate training and coaching. Since then, he has been working as a Communication skills, Soft skills and Business Communication trainer. He has conducted several trainings and workshops for corporate employees and assisted them in boosting their confidence and skillset. 

Staying true to his background in the corporate sector, he has conducted workshops on behavioural training, customer relations and communication skills for junior and mid-level employees in companies like Vodafone, Tanishq and Axis Bank among others. He joined the “Train the Trainer Program” at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) to further develop his skills and be the right guide for trainers themselves.

He was an empanelled Soft Skills trainer for the Government of Gujarat’s Finishing School Project from December 2018 to March 2022, where he got the opportunity to empower over 3000 students on Communication skills, Life skills, and Employability skills in various Technical and Higher Education Government colleges across Gujarat. 

He now provides trainings across the corporate and the education sector and with each passing day realises what a noble profession teaching really is, especially when he sees a transformation in his students and the unconditional love he gets from them.
